Hello!
The staff in Avataria have now made some detailed plans for the next month. It includes rider sales, jobs, practice races, Top Forms, TT-center and overall budget for all this.
Day 22:
Pietermaritzburg SA - This is a race we should win by a good margin. Tobias Carrilho is ranked as one of the favorites, is in TF and have the best DH-guide in Solvang. Predicted points: 80 (I got 80!)
Day 25:
Kontiolahti (ITT) - This race is team captain Filip Hamre's first race of the season. He will ride as practice to gain som raceshape.
Hemsedal GP - On home soil we start with Carrilho as captain and Solvang as DH-guide again. Hamre will also race this race as practice, with a higher intensity. A lot of good teams and riders here, but the TF should result in a top 3. Predicted points: 40 (I got 30! Sabotaged my own race by not using water carrier and 2 riders on practice. Afraid of too many points!)
Day 27:
This day the sign-up for Norway Tour will open, but Avataria will not join! The reason for this will be explained.
Day 28:
Fterolakka - Amfiklia - Another race with hard downhills. The last race Carrilho will ride as captain with his TF. He will probably be a huge favorite also here, but since no teams yet have signed up we can't predict a win. Predicted points: 60 (Tobias Carrilho suffered from a mechanical issue and ended 10th)
Day 32:
This day we will sell one of our biggest talents, Hubert Lowik. He will stay in Norway and be trained by Drake Racing. We will bring in a new norwegian jobber the same day.
Day 33:
Race to the Wall - The first race of the season where Hamre will be captain. Predicted points: 20
After this race we will sell our young team mate Castulo. His RV will be 64k, so we will get enough money for a TT-center and raise Hamre's skill to 51 in TT.
Day 38:
Signing up for Perm Tour.
Day 40:
Losing 130 points and drops down to 4th div. Hamre races as practice in Polish Zyte Race.
Day 41:
Signing up for Race of the Minutemen.
Day 45:
Hamre will be in TF, and ready for Perm Tour, RoTM and Brescia Uphill!

Too bad you were unlucky in Perm and behind after the ITT in RotM. Hamre has to hunt stages now (but can still end up top-9 in GC).

I don't worry about such things as tours and being in top form and all that. I guess theres an advantage to never being able to be the first 17 or 18 to get in to a tour...
See you in Perm Tour. Hartmann is planned to be in TF for that.
Was planning to go for the "new" Norway Tour since it's on home soil. But when I saw I'm loosing 130 points between Perm and RoTM Sign-Up I couldn't resist! I need minimum 110 points and maximum 230 in this period to make it happen!
Perm-RoTM double is a good idea indeed, couldn't do it last season and I'm now too high this season
